We receive the contact details, messages, and answers you submit. Form submissions may also include a response ID, time, IP address, approximate location derived from your connection, and browser information. We use these records to respond, administer forms, and protect the site. Staff sign-in uses Google account information and an essential session cookie.

Our site analytics count page visits and link clicks without advertising cookies or individual visitor profiles. Staff login records include the account email. Optional site analytics respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Hosting and security services also process connection data.

Storage and disclosure

Authorized staff and service providers, including Cloudflare, Google, and Resend, process information for hosting, security, authentication, form storage, email, and fonts. Form responses and contact messages are stored in our shared Google Sheet. Contact messages are also sent to our email inbox. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. This website does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Your choices

We retain records as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations.
